Welcome to my newest (and by far most exciting) business blog. For all you MLM'ers out there you are going to find this blog to be a daily must read. Why? Because I may have stumbled on what seems to be the most innovative marketing strategy that I have seen in my 10+ years on Multi level marketing. So much so that I (Yes the master sceptic) have signed right up and am going to chronicle my growth and success with this plan. All of you are going to read this each day with bated breath and many of you may join me (contingent on my success I'm sure) because this has the potential to turn traditional MLM marketing upside down.
The company is Visalus and as you may have heard is one of the fastest growing health companies on the planet. They have a wonderful product line of nutritionals and a great entrepreneurial management team. The science behind and the quality of their products are unmatched. But the driving reason for my joining is the innovative strategy that a couple of my upline has created. (Those of you who know me know that I am a very hard sell when it comes to businesses). But, these guys have flat out turned the image of MLM marketing on its ear. It no longer even smells like MLM. In fact they call it cooperative marketing.
Here's the scoop. Visalus has a very generous company stock/equity pool that they give to top performers. One part of this will be ongoing revenue sharing bonuses. The other one time bonus will be actual stock/value awards to certain levels of top performers in early August. Anyone at the three top levels of the company plan will get shares of the company that may be worth huge sums of money. These guys (and their upline) will be sharing this money with every Visalus rep in their downline. As they rise up the organization (rather quickly I might add) many of us with them will be rising up too. (I'll let you know!)
They like many of us have been wounded and scarred by our MLM past (mainly by losing money) and they have vowed to even the playing field for all reps. They say that just by joining up you are in the stock equity sharing plan and they don't even suggest you have to sponsor anyone. In fact the whole system is built on the fact that they only need about 15% of the people who join to bring in only 1 person and the entire system be successful. They are tireless marketers and are building underneath people quickly, mainly as I see it because of this can't lose strategy that they are employing. They have a national recruiting conference call EVERY 2 HOURS!
